Unhappy Statutory Rape and Parental Consent

Seriously this is messed up but I'm looking for some help here. a few months ago, I met a female that told me she was 18. I'm 25 so I thought it was cool. Later we dated, had sex, and been in each ohters company from time to time. Just recently, I ran into her mother who told me that her daughter was 15. We later sat down with her daughter and dicussed our situation. The mother conversed with her husband at a later date. Now, they said that its ok for me to continue to see their daughter underneath there terms. Me and thier daughter do want to continue to see each other but I'm trying to find out can I still be charged by another party outside the family. Even though the parents has allowed me to continued to see their daughter, what can happen to me because I don't know what can be done?

Her parents cannot consent to a illegal act. I would guess they ar eok with your dating but they cannot give you permission to have sex. Anyone can report this it doesn thave to be Mom and Dad. Now why does a 25 year old man need to date and have sex with a 15 year old!? You want advice end the realtionship. If caught your entire life will be ruined!

We are not going to have any further sex till she's 18. She's turning 16 mid august. Other than that, her entire family is fine with it. but your saying that it will pose a problem regardless, right?

You already had sex that was illegal. Furthermore no one (including you if your honest) believes you wont have sex again. If you want your life ruuined then continue with realtionship otherwise end the relationship and begin anew whens she 18.

i don't think he needs her that bad. You broke the law though. If you conceded to enough to be in a position to ask her parents then that will be used against you. The parents can only say she can go with you, the law will act automatically if you do something with her even with their consent, they will also face charges.
