    Unhappy Re: Colorado Emancipation Law

My son is turning 17. He refuses to cooperate in any way. He moved out over a month ago and is living on his own. He has a job and rents a place with some friends.
I am concerned that he could get into trouble. Since, he won't accept any direction from me, how do I become not liable for his behavior?
I worry about his risk taking behavior.
I want to either force him to take guidance, or, if this is not possible, stop my liablity.

What liability are you worried about? Are you letting him drive a car titled in your name?
