    Default Incarcerated Parent

My son's father was just busted on major drug charges and will probably never see the light of day again. My son is only a few years away from college, and his child support was my principal college fund payment. What options do I have for recovering something for him? His father has about $40,000 in tools and equipment. Is there any way I can claim it to cover my son's support?

He's not using the tools. Perhaps he will agree to give them to you or his son.
