Hi. I belonged to a popular web forum for web developers. I posted a lot of content while I was there, including original copyrighted(by me) software code. I became disgruntled with the direction that they are taking the web site in so I left and asked them to remove all of my copyrighted content. They refused to. There is nothing in there user agreement that states that you, as the user, give them exclusive or non-exclusive rights to your content. The only thing their agreement says even remotely related to the issue is that they reserve the right to edit, remove or close threads. So I clearly didn't agree to give over my copyrights when I signed up. Do I have any legal recourse for getting them to take my content off of their servers? If it matters, I'm in the US and they are in Australia. Thanks.
