both my parents will refuse to sign tha consent papers so is that tha end of tha line or do i have to make a case for abuse and i need medical insurance i think where can i buy it

Emancipation does not require parental consent in Virginia.

i am 17 so now that i got tha consent thing handle wut about health insurance how can i apply for that
