im a former active duty marine a condition started in iraq was sent home because of it the doc said i had a groin pull went home and saw a nother doc that said what it was the other doc refused to do any thing or look at the results of the tests and stuff umm he got fired and the new doc came in and said yes i needed surgery atleast 6m before i had the surgery now my question is i know its a malpractice case ive been told that and have read on it why cant i get a lawyer to take the case i have looked it up there are several active duty personel that have taken civilian docs to court and won some one help me please contact me at doc5504@yahoo.com
