Im planning on moving to s.c I already made sure with my p.o and all that but she said since im moving out of state she can't transfer my probation to s.c because of different state laws and that im going to have get a question sheet in the mail every month and send a $45 money order every month to pay for probation.

Is there a way I can get off probation? Why should I have to pay $45 every month for pretty much nothing?

My charge is a misdemeanor contributing to delinquency of a minor (parents wanted the kid home and to scare me by calling the cops)

"There are many cases of adults having a minor at their home without a parents permission, the parent will call the police and say their child has run away, and then direct the police to the home of the adult." The cops told them if they didn't file a report they were gonna get charged with something but I wasn't able to hear to good from the inside of a police car. And im told if I violate probation they will charge me with felony interference with the custody of a minor even though the parents have tried getting me off probation but the state keeps telling them to wait.
