    Default Internal Reports

They probably don't have to give you those documents, save perhaps in the context of discovery in the event of litigation. In most cases, when they choose to do so, stores issue a civil demand by mail some time after the fact.

    Default GO NOW

    Seriously Screwed,
I work in a courthouse and have seen thousands of cases come through. My advice is for you to not write so much and go get the PD. I think you keep writing to see if there is a way out of this and you are afraid. The best thing you can do here is get an attorney and QUICK. You are on Probation. Have you heard of Probation Revocation? Well, thats what you could be looking at if the store takes this to court, because PO's look up your record ALL the time. Probation Revocation means that you will spend the remainder of your suspended setence in jail if the judge revokes your probation, which will most likely happen for a dishonest crime. What is WORSE is that if your PO finds out about this, the police just may be showing up at your door to take you to jail and then make you sit there and wait until the first judge sees you to revoke your probation.
Quit writing so much in here, and just go to the PD's office, and HURRY! Atleast if you do go to jail, you will already have a PD ready to fight for you. GO Monday morning first thing. Take off work if you need to, but PLEASE go. This will only help you.

Oops! Okay, so this happened awhile back. Hopefully you did get a PD, and you are okay.

PS. If you really are working on a double MA, you should work on your spelling.
