    Default Tax Evasion Through Mexico

I have a friend that work for a USA citizen that works in Mexico, but lives in California. That man doesn't report money made in Mexico to the IRS. This profit is in the order of millions of dollars. My friend doesn't have any hard evidence, but was his accountant in Mexico.

Can my friend still report this man?
    Will the IRS investigate?
    Will she receive a reward?

Your friend can report suspected tax fraud to the IRS by following these instructions. If your friend believes that the amount of money would be sufficient to trigger a possible reward for the report, your friend may wish to work though a tax lawyer in making the report.

Your friend can report whatever he wants. I can't promise you what the IRS will or will not do with the information.
