Default Husband's Employer Put Him In A Hotel Room With A Female Co-Worker

I am concerned about a situation that occurred wherein my husband's employer sent him to a five star hotel resort and paired him in the same room with a single female half his age. I am home with two little ones still in pull-up diapers. I was not told about the room arrangements until after my husband returned. Both employees earned this trip, however I was specifically told by my husband that there would be two separate rooms.

Allbeit the trip was paid for, when both these employees got to the registration desk only one room was reserved because the desk needed a credit card for which my husband had Discover but they wouldnt take it in Mexico. Since the employer wasnt there to complete the room reservation in person, the female employee had to use her card..My husband had other credit cards but none that would allow $1000 towards his room. This is the story I got.

The female employee used her credit card and was reimbursed by the company; however, I sure as heck feel that by the company owner reserving only one room well in advance and not funding a prepaid master or visa card for my husband to get his own room, that there was a malicious interference of marital law simply by that company placing a married man in the same hotel room with a single woman half his age. I was and am livid that this company even did such a thing.

Do I have any rights? How can this be acceptable to any wife at home knowing her husband was in the same hotel room for four nites and five days with another woman half his age... Can anybody put themselves in my shoes and tell me how they would feel? This action nearly caused a divorce and ruined the lives of the four people in my home. My husband swears he never even kissed another woman and because of that and my kids I am working on making our marriage work.. This does not excuse the action of this company. They did this to 'save' money and in my personal opinion, the money they saved now needs to be allocated to marriage counseling.

Please tell me if I should just 'go away' and not try to seek remedy in the form of a civil suit against this company franchise.
