    it was already offered and Singapore refused to accept Australia without some sort of boost. New Zealand wasn;t available as additional compensation so the entire deal fell through.

    statement from Singapore, " there isn;t enough money in the world to cause us to accept that dustbowl. We may have child molesters but they have kangaroos, dingos, 7 of the top 10 most dealdly snakes in the world and some really nasty spiders, none of which are edible, and Poms. We could go along with everything except the Poms and England won;t take them back. No thanks!"

    The best of Australia is the Little Penguins! But if Singapore has those beautiful Pandas, life is full.
