    Default Employment Agency Agreements

I have a staffing co. in New Jersey. I have worked with a Pharmaceutical company over the years for both temp and perm positions. There is a new person in HR, and recently I have been working with him and one of my applicants. Phone screen, etc. I was just informed by him that one of his other agencies has sent over my applicants resume. The agency claims that the applicant wasn't that thrilled with our services, and would like them to represent him. The pharmacuetical company policy is that the representing agency owns the applicant for 30 days. I cannot find a copy of our contract with them. What is their legal obligation? Shouldn't we be entitled to the entire fee if they hire the applicant?
