I Need Information About Getting Emancipated

I am a fifteen year old girl and I'm trying to get emancipated and I'm tyring to see what I can do. I live in California and I'm miserable. My dad is deceased and my mom is most likely going to jail in October. What can I do?

Why are you starting a thread when your emancipation question was answered in your orignal thread? You don't meet requirements!

Tiff, I gave you information in the other thread.

However, you are not understanding what is being told to you in that thread.

If guardianship was set up through the court, then you would need to go to that courthouse and try and get a change of guardianship.

You are grasping at straws if you believe you qualify for emancipation. If you haven't reviewed the link I gave you, you should. You will see why you don't meet the rquirements.
