Default Eviction of a Guest in Hawaii

Purchased a Condo in Hawaii. The person occupying the condo was a guest of the previous owner, with no form of lease agreement. How do I evict him, and what are my rights for going into my condo under these circumstances??? Do I have to evict him and/or what duration of notice.. thanks

You've already closed? If not, why not try to have the seller evict their own guest?

I would think being there was a change of ownership of the property. Just call the police and they will remove this person.

Tenancies don't end merely because real estate has been sold.
