    Default Expunging a Civil Case

Is it possible to remove a civil lawsuit that was filed in the us district courts from your record? The case was settled without any litigation and the ammount was $10,000, the case was in Texas if it matters.

You mean, make the public record go away? It's highly unlikely. Court records are public records and thus are not generally subject to being sealed. Without knowing the facts, which I assume you don't want to share in public, I can't say more than that.
