Default New Criminal Conviction While On Non-Reporting Probation

After a DUI in superior court (WA state) I was sentenced to two years probation with no probation officer. I was not to report to anyone. It does not say to on paper nor did the judge say to. It only states that I do not engage in criminal activity. If I am convicted of criminal activity is it neccessary to contact the court and inform them about it.

You have to abide by the terms of your probation, to which we are not privy. One way or another, you can expect the probation department to conduct a record check at the end of your probation and, if you didn't tell them about the new conviction, for them to thereby discover that information.
