Default Which one shall I choose?

A landlord offered me $800.00 monthly at these Detroit houses. Which one shall I choose?

He's going to pay you $800 per month to live there? Good deal!

I think I would just forget about living in Detroit.

The second one looks like it has already been a devil's night victom so I suppose it would have a better chance of being passed over next devil's night.

It also has more architectural appeal as well.

Now if you work nights, I suppose the window treatments on the first one would help you out there and security would be a bit better too.

I guess it would depend on which one helps your lifestyle the best.

    Your call on this one.

The first one looks like a better neighborhood, but the building looks like crack-addict-haven.

The second one looks like where they filmed "Candyman". No. On that one for sure.

But I think I would keep looking.

Gotta agree with Deadlock! There is nothing worse than stepping on a used syringe, when you get up to pee at 3 am....

House number one because then we could be neighbors and I could borrow a cup of sugar and a cup.
