Does all persons living in a rental home have to be on a lease by state law or is it at the discretion of the landlord?
If all persons living in the property do not have to be on the lease, if the signer of the lease is being evicted, will the 2nd person have any rights?
My ex is renting out her house and there will be a bf and gf living in the property. The gf will be signing the lease and she makes enough to cover the payment, but the bf will not be signing. I want to make sure that if she were to get evicted, he will not have any rights to live in the home once the eviction is final.
