Yes, he knew that this was going on with the neighbor. In fact that was part of the deal. I had to move her stuff off of the property, and put up a fence before he would purchase it. It seemed fair, that I should have to deal with it at the time.
I also went to the people that she purchased her property from just to be sure that there could be no possible way that they had used the land. They wrote out a statement and signed it stating that they had never used that land. They were also there for wittnesses in court for our side.
I think this was a complete set up. First off his attorney didn't bother to send me a subpeona, nor for my family for wittnesses. I had to beg him to send them to other people who wantedto testify. I brought him a video tape that I had spent the time to burn 3 DVDs off as proof that she was not using that land in 1990. I asked him if he had a DVD player and a TV....cause we brought one to the office. He never viewed the tape for evidence.
My next clue was that he waited until memorial day weekend to tell me we that we were going to court. I think his plan was always to settle and then try to extort money out of me. This attorney has lost his license in the past because of hiring a prostitute. He has been known for some shady dealings and I think he plans on me being his next victim.
