Question Alternative Sentencing For A California Felony Drug Offense

I recently heard of new program in Contra Costa County, for nonviolent felony drug offenders who may be ineligible for treatment within the confines of Prop. 36. This program, known as F.A.D.S. (Felony Alternative Drug Sentencing), is intended to divert those charged with nonviolent felony offenses from incarceration into community based treatment programs.
However, that is the only information that I have. So far I have not had much, if any, luck in finding any other information.

I am curious if anyone may know where I might find more information on or about the F.A.D.S. program.

Have you asked at the Contra Costa County Courthouse?
