Getting Married on a G4 Visa

Hi,

I know that it is possible to bring your dependents over when on a G4 visa but what if you get married to an illegal alien in the United States? Would that person be able to get a non-immigrant visa as well? Or would they have to leave the country and then re-inter? Would that person be subject to an interdiction to inter the territory after overstaying their tourist visa?

It wouldn't change the undocumented alien's status in any way whatsoever. If that person were to leave, she would be subject to a period of ineligibility for reentry based upon her illegal presence. Consult an immigration lawyer.
