Default Time Limit For Closing An Estate

Is there a time limit on closing an estate?? There is nothing left to do but wait for a sister who is distributing the personal effects (as determined in the will) this person is not the executor...she is supposed to be compiling a list of the expenses she incurred in fulfilling her duties...the estate lawyer keeps sending letters requesting the list but she does not reply...

    Default Re: Time limit

Time for the lawyer to ask sis to be held in contempt.

    That should get her attention.
