    Default MIC in Nevada

So what happens if something really bad happened a little earlier that day, and I was really upset, so without thinking, I did retail theft....then that night that incident just added on to my depression and I got an MIC for blwing a .038? what exactly should I do? my parents aren't very knowledgeable when it comes to the legal system, and so I have to find out what my best bet is on my own, although that should be my responsibility in the firist place. But anyway, I am really scared. I am not a bad kid, I mean I am in leadership student council, and i play sports. my parents never would have guessed I would do something like this. and I dont know how to tell them. i don't know if i should get a lawyer or WHAT to do. please please if you are reading this please respond...!
    thanks

You were charged with two crimes in one day? Both charges are in juvenile court?

Start with this: Be thankful you are being prosecuted as a juvenile. You should consult a lawyer, or try to have one appointed through the court if you are unable to afford a lawyer. I don't know what your state's policies will be on an appointed lawyer for juvenile court in respect to parental income, given that you are now legally an adult. You may wish to inquire.

As you were told in your other thread, ask the court whether your parents must attend.
