I Want To Be Emancipated

okay i feel the same way i want to get emancipated because i hate the way my life is i have a 9 month daughter and a boyfriend that i have been with for two years i am only 15 and i dont know what to do! me and my boyfriend want to get married and get the heck out of my moms house! but i dont know how old you have to be to get emancipated and i need to know where i can get emancipated at because i live in newark ohio! please someone reply to me to cuz i need answers

In Ohio you can only emancipate through active duty military service or marriage, and if either end before you turn 18 you revert to the custody of your parents. You would have to get parental permission to marry.

Let me add if your service in Armed forces and/or any marriage ended before you reach age of majority you revert back to your parents care! Not to mention that the chances of being emancipated or accepted into Armed Forces with a child are very slim
