Default H1 Transfer Without Working At All

    Hi,

I've got a visa stamped through an employer A but I want to join employer B who has better work for me. I have not come to US yet. Employer B is saying that he can transfer my Visa without any paystubs and claims that transfer can be done within the first 30 days of my landing in US.

Is it possible(legal) to get an H1 transfer without having worked at all for the employer A through whom I got the Visa??

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

This was already addressed in your other thread. If "Employer B" has a way around the requirement of paystubs, please find out what it is and describe it here.
