Angry Employer Not Following Modification of Suppor Order

My employer (and I) received a Modification order from FOC that reduces my support payments by $110 per pay period (semimonthly). This order was granted in Feb 2007 and mailed in March 2007. Employer has stated they have the order but haven't entered it in yet. To date, they have deducted $660 more than they should legally have. Our payroll 'rep' is working to get this into the system but it's not happening quick enough.

Question: Is my employer liable for paying me back the overpayments? They say since it's credited to my FOC account, I can't get it back.

It's not really an overpayment; you will just be paying your obligations a little ahead of schedule.
