Totally unfair. It was obvious from the post that this person was NOT in a union or had any civil service protections. You have no clue what adjusterjack would have said had there been an indication that there was an exception.

They (The Expert Law Clique) have been indecriminately saying that anyone can be fired for any reason for years now. Where have you been? Don't you get tired of hearing this crap? Don't you get tired of them dismishing, insulting and scaring good, hardworking people?

Maybe he isn't a civil servant but did he mention the size of his company...or does that not matter in The Cliques's opinion either? Because it does in the real world. Then to say that written company policy doesn't matter either. What a bunch of BS.
