    Default Panhandling in Pa

My question involves civil rights in the State of: PA

    I searched this way: OR panhandling1&location=Pacode&contents=&customDataF ilters=[]&sortBy=Relevance

    The search results:
There are 0 results for “begging OR panhandling”.
That seems sufficient to tell me that the words "panhandling" or "begging" do not appear in any PA statutes. Is that correct? Therefore, there are currently no state laws forbidding or regulating such - though municipalities such as Harrisburg can have their own ordinances. That all seems correct, I just want to be sure. Thanks.

In PA more often than not it's charged as Disorderly Conduct and other related offenses: loitering, disorderly conduct, failure to disperse, obstructing public way. All in 18 PaCS 5500 on.
