Default Pa - 3 Voters Want to Petition a Recount

Can you help advise me on how to actually file the motion? I have myself and 2 other voters from our precinct that saw voter fraud occur. Under PA law, if 3 voters from the same precinct file a motion, they can force a recount for that precinct. I have the 3 voters ready to go. We just dont know what forms to use or how to file with our local magistrate. This is the state law I'm referring to:
    https://govt.westlaw.com/pac/Documen...a=(sc.Default)

We have photographic and data evidence we'd like to submit and will all prepare sworn affidavits with a local notary.

    Thanks!

I don't see anything useful on the court website:

    http://www.pacourts.us/forms/for-the-public

    Or on the internet.

Sorry, you might have to pay a lawyer to draft it for you if you want this bad enough.

Besides what AJ said, an attorney can also help you determine if what you and these 2 other voters witnessed was actually voter fraud.

Provide your evidence to whichever party it supports. They will gladly take it from there.

We have, to two State Reps. But our State law also allows 3 voters to call for a recount so we want to do that, as well.

Can we simply type something up and go to court and submit it? Or it must come from a lawyer?

If the Reps didn't jump to get you together with an attorney to further their ends, it might be a comment on your evidence.

Have you contacted the party itself, i.e. the local Democrat or Republican party organization? That might get you a different response than just providing it to your reps.

Sure. But if you get the format wrong it'll be bounced back to you.

No. You can do it yourself until you get it wrong and have to hire a lawyer.

Trump's push for a recount is failing and your Secretary of State won't order one.

    Good luck with yours.
