My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Idaho
Hello
I have a Protective Order against my soon to be ex-husband for domestic violence. He is a alcoholic. He has called friends trying to get some of my stuff to me, he just called them again trying to get information to me and about me. Where I am living and what I have been doing. Does this constitute a violation of the protective order? The order states under Personal Conduct Order: "The respondent shall not contact or attempt to contact the protected person in any manner, including in person or through another person, or in writing or through any electronic means, etc..."
I have learned through this process that he had stalking, harassment, and domestic violence charges in the past.
Thank you for your responds.
