No I was living with my Grandfather whom passed away a couple of months before I got arrested. My aunt's sold his house per his will and packed up all my stuff for safe keeping.

He's fried his brain with drugs and booze, and he's never been found not guilty of anything he's been arrested for. So yes he's a dumbass.

Spoke with my aunt who originally had my car and she claims she never gave my cousin permission to use the tools. His mother is just covering for him like she always does when he ****s up.

I'll be moving my tools to my mothers house soon.

Spoke with my aunt last weekend. The police instructed my family to care for my belongings until my release. After finally going through my belongings I only have 6 boxes property out of an e entire bedroom full of property.

I don't expect them to keep the big stuff like the dresser or bed which both were in poor shape but everything else legally was their responsibility and by throwing it away they have committed a crime. Virginia conversion laws state its a form of theft to just throw away belongings like that.

I'll be pursuing reimbursement for the hood of the car and missing personal property when I get released.
