What Are My Rights in an Indian Reservation

New here to these forums. I would like to ask you the following questions:

Does the United States Constitution fully apply in an Indian reservation? What are my rights? For example: can a security guard search me (my clothes)?

Are you an Indian? Tribal law generally is Exclusive in jurisdiction. This might help aside from sorting through years of case law.

However, a private security guards search probably is not constrained by any search and seizure law similar to our 4th AM. Even in the U.S. independent security agencies are exempt. I do know the 4th applies in Porto Rico as far as government searches go.

Were you at a Tribal casino when searched?
