My daughter is 11. Her father and I have been divorced since she was 2. We have joint legal, and I have full physical custody. He has visitation every other weekend and Wed. evenings. I just recieved a judgement on his back child support, totalling $31,000 for the past 7 years. He now pays me $23 a week til paid off (which to me is a joke). But at least I have that and child support garnished from his wages. He is now remarried with 3 more children and lives less than 6 miles away. He saw her 4 times last year! 3 of which were her half siblings birthday party, which I brought her to and attended and Christmas Day for a few hours. She just wanted to get her gifts. 2 days before easter he called, but she wasn't home so I told him I will let her know when she comes home. I tolf her, and urged her to call him, numerous times, but she is 11. I cant force her to call anyone, let alone someone who doesn't bother to be in her life. She does not tolerate hime, and if fed up with babysitting his other 3 kids when she goes there. onsidering she saw him 4 times last year and not once in 2007, he and I do not communicate unless it is him yelling at me or wanting something, do I have a case to obtain full legal custody and if so, on what grounds?
