    Unhappy Asap

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: NV

I own the trailer but not the lot it’s on and have a horrible roommate that I’ve asked to leave several times but won’t go
She doesn’t get mail here and is not on my lease she also has no written agreement to live here. She was paying weekly but hasn’t been paying. Because of Covid I couldn’t evict her either.
My question is can I seek the place or give it away to someone I know n trust so they can ask her to leave or do I have to go to court?? Eviction court is so congested here n I want her out like yesterday !

That makes no sense at all. If you want to evict your tenant you have to go to court.

You can offer her some cash to leave.

I assume you're talking about a mobile home. Correct?

Roommate? You mean tenant, right? Also, did you serve him with an appropriate eviction notice, or did you just verbally ask her to leave?

You can do this, but why on Earth would you want to do that, and why would you think someone else "asking" would be any more successful getting this person out than you asking has been?

If you want to get rid of your tenant and your tenant won't leave voluntarily, then court is where you go.

Then you should have started the process earlier.

I suggest you confer with a local landlord-tenant attorney.
