I have no idea what "message" you're talking about. The only "message" a process server usually delivers to the person being served is, "here, I have some papers for you" (or words to that effect). Once service has been completed, the process server will provide the plaintiff or plaintiff's attorney (not to the court) with an affidavit of service that may or may not be filed with the court.
