I’ve monitored this forum for several months, and personally would not be in favor of censoring people for simply expressing opinions clearly based on non-lawyer points of view. Since most posters are not attorneys, I believe that a certain amount of less-than-legal content is normal for this type of forum and should be ok as long as the terms of use are not violated. In this thread the OP is clearly soliciting all types of opinions.
For the most part I don’t mind Harold and sometimes even agree with him, particularly when he objects to the tone used by some regular posters. Interestingly there are non-attorneys here who seem to rather enjoy the power trip of being mistaken for real attorneys, and also tend to be the ones more likely to make personal attacks against new people who venture in.
By the way if personal shots are not ok in a forum where non-professionals are welcome, why are personal shots ok for presidential candidates? Maybe they should get banned.
