Cali DMV Screwed Up My Odometer Reading on Title (by at Least 100,000 Miles)

I have a 2008 Honda.

That figures, after 7 years it could have had 75000 miles on it. Lower than average, like my truck, and most people would figure well over 100,000 and could easily misread the odometer, either at the dealer for service or at emissions.

My 2003 truck had 50,000 miles on it in 2012 when I caught the emission tester's mistake.

Thats the crazy thing..... other than originating as a mistake FROM the DMV itself?? I have absolutely no idea where in the hell this number came from. I filled out nothing. No reading ever. Where did this # materialize from? Thin air.
Someone at the DMV just typed this in cuz it was blank I guess.... estimated. And screwed me in the process.

If anyone ever has this problem??
It may be worth the membership fee to AAA to have them help you (go to bat for you!) with this process.
My tags & title agent had me fill out necessary paperwork & then took it from there.
The issue was fixed within the week!!
