That is not evidence that the accident caused any damage to your vehiclee. That is evidence that oil is leaking. What evidence do you have that will show that the accident caused your engine to leak oil? It's an important question because any accident that is forceful enough to cause your engine to leak oil is forceful enough to have destroyed major components of the engine and engine-related accessories, but you don't mention that.
    "Impact or accident
If one of your wheels or axles is hit during an accident it can cause a transmission fluid leak. Your transmission has between 1 and 3 outputs shafts that are either driveshafts or CV axles leading differentials or out to your wheels. If any of these shafts are pushed into or jarred hard enough they can damage the seals in your transmission causing leaks after the accident. If you suspect this to be the cause of your leak, it’s often best to replace the seals and check the transmission casing for cracks or damage."

If a hard impact could collapse or crush a humans internal organs, I would think a gasket sandwiched between two metals could suffer the same fate.

Now you have changed from claims of engine damage to claims of transmission damage. That is different. It's unfortunate that you didn't explain yourself very well.

    According to here. https://injury.findlaw.com/car-accid...no-damage.html

"Leaks -- It's possible that a minor accident with no apparent damage actually results in a leaky oil pan, radiator, or some other car part that holds fluid. All it takes is a tiny rupture to create a potentially serious problem."
