Default Broke the Code of Ethics

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Arkansas
Our Seller's Agent accepted our full asking price bid, and bids from other Buyers on day one. The sellers agent then called us back to insinuate she had better offers above the asking price and said she wanted to give us one more opportunity to increase our bid. Did our Broker break her Code of Ethics?

Did you actually sign a purchase agreement for the house?

    "Insinuating?"

The seller's agent is obliged to present all offers to the seller. The REALTOR code specifically allows disclosure of information about other offers if the seller permits it. I've neer seen a seller that would have an issue with allowing the agent to solicit higher offers in the face of competing offers. I see nothing in the Arkansas commission rules that precludes it either.

If the person is a member of the NAR (i.e., a Realtor) you can file a complaint with them: https://www.nar.realtor/about-nar/go...hics-complaint
You can file a complaint with the Arkansas commission here: https://arec.arkansas.gov/enforcemen...nt-procedures/
