Oh, he is all about mocking people here...and he calls himself a lawyer too.
He is a lawyer. pg1067 belongs to another site that requires all self-proclaimed attorneys be vetted.

You are making an assumption because I am listed as father that means I provided sperm. I have been through a step child adoption already. So the record from the point in time has already been modified. I referenced that a case was won last year two list two women, the mothers of a child in Idaho. My change of gender and name was done legally. Death is another legal process which that would simply state my passing and is its own document. I donít believe mocking me is in order here on a forum for legal advice.
    How old are the children?

Since he is in a profession that is rated alongside medical doctors [a profession that has sworn to only use their talents to help people] maybe he should behave more becoming of his highly dignified title?

Considering that he is volunteering his time on this and other sites, I would say that he is using his talents to help people. You, on the other hand, only post to be a nasty, divisive jerk. You offer nothing substantive to a thread and only seem to try and create chaos. If you truly want to help people hit the off button on your computer, burn the MAGA hat and move out of Mom's house.

Are you and their mother still together? How are the older children adjusting to your transition?

So "volunteering" allows a person to post crap like this.

Do you also want to go back and force your elementary school to reissue your report cards to identify you as "F" rather than "M"?
I have never treated an OP like that. You guys do because you know others will have your backs and the OP will eventually go away. Oh, and he is not "volunteering" anymore than I am. He comes here to 'F' with people, like a few others do. Now go back to your BLM riots and burn a few more buildings down.

Yes. It was never a hidden part of me but have been living as myself for some time. My kids have all done well and very accepting and a source of encouragement.

If you wouldn't object I could post a link to this thread on another legal site to get input from a site vetted Family
    Law/GAL that volunteers there.

Have you and your partner considered moving to a more LGBTQ friendly state such as Massachusetts? One can avoid the outrageous rent/home cost if you move to the central/western part of the state...although western Mass is, in general, more conservative.

But, to be clear, no state will allow you to adopt your legal child.

    Attention Readers,

Harold99 posts for no other reason than to take shots at senior members of the forum and lawyers in general. *It would be wise to ignore whatever he writes. While the person posting under the name of Harold99 has been banned from this site at least 3 times but, due to the current lack of moderation, he isn’t being banned. Hopefully, that will change in the future but for now, we have to live with it.

For now, I suggest you simply ignore his posts but if you do read them please read any responses posted by the more rational members.

This seems to be driven purely by the OP's self-interest, and not about concern for the children.

I agree, and no one mocked you.

At this point, you're just arguing. You're not going to get anything more from any online forum than you've already gotten. If you want to pursue this, retain the services of a local attorney.

Beg pardon? I have never been vetted by any site (although, back in the day, I disclosed my identity to one of the moderators at lawyers.com because she said she wanted send a gift to the folks who participated there). I would never do that now.
