Default Re: What Are The Chances That Charges Won't Be Filed

    Hey Panther -
I have read your other replies of the suggestion to call the police department to see if charges have been filed. I'm really tempted but I feel like if I do that it is drawing attention to myself and then they might take action on it - probably paranoid but just wanted to get your take on that. If I do call them, who do I ask to speak to and what should I ask specifically? Thanks so much,Linda

Actually I talked about calling court not Police. Calling might get you the info you desire. Its very unlikely a call will provoke action.
