    And I doubt the word you really wanted was "patronize." You patronize a professional. If a professional patronizes you, it means soemthing else.

    I *THINK* it means that the other guy had crossed over the yellow line to get to where he was, but at the time of the collision he (the other guy) was back in the correct lane.
