My question involves defamation in the state sometimes I viewof: Minnesota and North Dakota

First let me explain that my public status is rather high and that I use social media and network connected devices very frequently.
I'm constantly harassed online as well as offline. It seems like nothing is private. Sometimes this is sexual harassment. I'm often harassed and or hacked on my devices and social media. I'm looking for help. The current issue and or topic is pornography. Rarely I view pornography through my owned devices and or phone. When I do, strange titles appear in the videos like "Step Mom and Sleeps With Son" and other strange titles with step family in them. I was adopted. The odd thing is that they seem to be clones or copies of my friends and or family. They are on these pornographic webpage. I assume they are copying them from real life and or my social media pictures. One of these videos is of a close friend converted to a female? It is disgusting and wrong. I have another of my biological cousin. They are splitten images of them. I believe I am possibly targeted for this harassment. What can I do? I have screenshots and evidence. I will not post them without permission. There is proof.

Do not post anything. Stop going to porn sites. Perhaps stay off all social media or even off the internet for a while.

Why do you think this? Nothing in your post suggests any defamation issue.

So...you think the people in the porn clips you're viewing look like your friends and family members?

You're cognizant of the fact that "clones or copies" of humans don't exist, right?

So...you think that the person or entity who operates the porn site has sought you ought and produced porn videos in which the faces of your friends and family are used in these porn clips (as they did with Carrie Fisher in the last couple Star Wars movies). Is that what you're saying? You realize that sort of technology is off-the-charts expensive, right?

Have you considered that your friend and cousin might simply resemble a couple of porn stars?

I believe I am possibly targeted for this harassment.

What can I do?

I'm confident that you can do lots of things. However, as a matter of law, even if what you described were real, it would have nothing to do with you. You are, of course, free to tell your friends and family members that you suspect their likenesses are being used in porn clips. If they agree, then they, not you, might have legal claims against the producers and distributors.

That being said, the two best things for you to do are (1) stop viewing porn online or find a different provider, and (2) seek assistance from a mental health professional.

I have screenshots and evidence. I will not post them without permission.

If you are not under the care of a psychiatrist or psychologist. You need to seriously consider seeing one.
