My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: New Jersey
I understand that applicants can ask for a letter of rejection that must come directly from the landlord. Is a landlord required to provide that?
In my experience is that if a realtor is involved, the realtor submits the application on behalf of the applicant to the landlord. If the landlord rejects
the application, it is the realtor communicates it to the applicant and on what grounds it was rejected. And it usually ends there.
