    Default Discrimination Due to Politics

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Washington

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this as I'm not sure where it falls in the legal world.

I was racing my car with a group until the organizer found out on Facebook my political affiliation and started attacking me on mutual friend's posts. When I called him out for it and told him to stop following me around he banned me from events. I took it up with his sanctioning body at the time and they made him let me race. He's since left that sanctioning body and just gets his own insurance and will no longer allow me to race. There are at least three people I know that he's done this to.

Their organization claims to be all inclusive to people of every walk of life and have a video they put out saying as much. This is the only organization in the area that does this type of racing so I can't just race somewhere else.

Is this something I could sue him for discrimination and to let me race?

Political affiliation is not a characteristic protected under Federal law or under the laws of any states except NY and California, with some limited protections in Washington DC.

A private organization can exclude anyone for almost any reason political affiliation not withstanding.

Sometimes it time to pick up your marbles and go home. Or together with other like minded racers you start your own organization.
