unless you have a client that will state he would have bought the property at $XX other than the neighbor causing this disruption, you are heading down a long road.

Without that, how can you prove you suffered economic loss? You can speculate all you want as to the possibility of having sold the property prior but without proof, that is all it is.

btw; the prior assault; not going to get you anywhere. Since you did not press charges then, you are going to have to argue why you didn;t to the courts. If the assault was so egregious you felt you had to involve the police, you should have done so. Since you failed to do so, a court could easily tell you it was apparently not a big enough deal to you to pursue it then so why should they do so now.
