    Default How Do I Register a New Vehicle

    My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: Pennsylvania and I found out my registration is suspended for a car I no longer own. I want to purchase a new vehicle and my question is that will I be able to register the new vehicle with a new plate or how does this work?
