Sorry to bump my own post. I am just to make it easier to respond without re-reading the whole thread. My remaining questions are:
1- If I could change my child’s payee (for dependent SSDI pmnts), would that likely prevent the LTD company from deducting it from my benefits?
2- If necessary, could I bankrupt the overpayments that LTD is seeking?
