    First of all, this thread has been dormant for nearly two months. Why resurrect it?

    Second, "medical igronace" is not coherent English. If, as I assume, you intended to write "medical ignorance," that is neither an "offence" nor "against the humanity." Since most folks are not doctors, most folks are, to a large degree, medically ignorant.

    Third, your use of "offence," as opposed to "offense," implies that you are not in the United States, and these boards are generally for issues of U.S. law only.

    Fourth, if you are simply suggesting that it is morally wrong not to assist someone in medical distress, I won't disagree. However, morals are subjective, and this is a message board for LEGAL, not moral, issues.
