I'm not sure if you're aware of this but judges can't force you to say anything. You may pay a price for it but no one can force you. If you were whipped with a rubber hose then perhaps you could get an admission but I don't think that would be very valuable. I'm sure that if I whipped you with a rubber hose I could make you say that you're a troll with a jaundiced viewpoint and understand that experience doesn't equal expertise but such an admission would, likewise, be useless despite what we all know.

BS! Mine were. I believe the Dr's gross annual income is even required evidence...if asked. But maybe you are being the grammar police to 'F' with me and change the subject to grammar.

First let the judge demand the records of payment. Then let the therapist tell the judge he/she did it pro-bono under oath. Then let the judge ask why it was pro-bono.

If the therapist is an expert witness, yes, they can be required to disclose their billing records and annual income. I watched it happen in my case.

But don't worry, TM will likely not have my back on this because he, IMO, is one of The EL Clique too.

There is no "expert witness" issue involved. The court isn't involved.

It sounds like the OP did not get the outcome he wanted. It is common to blame the therapist and to make false allegations under these circumstances. The OP would be better off if he was willing to see and accept that he is the main cause of the problems with his child. The therapist seems to have put the welfare of the child first. Which was the right thing to do. It seems separate counseling was the right decision for the child.
